Service Description

First Trial Session is free- With an Introductory offer of £5 per session until July. Gibby Gardening offers sessions that provide a rejuvenating experience, reconnecting with nature and calming the mind and body through gardening. No prior experience is necessary, as all levels are welcome to join. Our approach combines calming breathing techniques, meditation tools, and hands-on side-by-side gardening to help participants relax into their work. This method of care has been proven to reduce anxiety and promote overall well-being. Usually £7.50, we are offering an introductory fee of £5. Some examples of the activities we provide include; digging with a spade or hand trowel; planting, seeding & pruning. I am open to suggestions as well. I have a certificate in counselling. And although this does not permit me to carry out therapy sessions, it does mean I am a really good listener. I listen with kindness, empathy and without judgement, so I encourage you to have a chat with me if you feel like you need to talk. All group sessions are held in garden spaces within Rotherfield Village. Our main space would be using land on The Kings Arms Pub in the mornings and then in the afternoons we can use a space in the community gardens by the cemetery. If you think this is for you, please come join me and experience the therapeutic benefits of gardening with Gibby Gardening. Please make sure you dress appropriately for the weather. There will be spaces to shelter depending on where we are. But unfortunately I can not control the weather. Appropriate foot wear would be , walking shoes, wellies or trainers you don't mind getting dirty. Things you'll need to bring Gloves (Although we will try to have sometime without the gloves, touching soil is great for your immune system) Spade, Hand Trowel (I can offer a couple, but not to all) Notebook and pencil Your own water bottle and any snacks you would like to bring I will offer, a pot, soil, seeds and a beautiful setting to relax in.

Cancellation Policy

All major Credit/Debit Cards, are acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full at the point of sale. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Cancellation Policy Minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £10 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses, in rare circumstances. If we have an alternative cancellation policy, it would be stated on the website page where you made the purchase. Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded. Exceptions to this are applicable if an alternative offer or policy is stated on the webpage where you made the purchase.
